SPECIAL INTERESTS IN ANAESTHESIA
Anaesthesia for ENT Surgery including Major Head and Neck Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, Trauma Surgery and Bronchoscopy.

BACKGROUND
Dr Chan completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of Adelaide in 2004. In 2008, she commenced her specialist anaesthetic training working at Rockhampton Base, Ipswich General, Royal Children’s and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospitals. She was awarded her Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) in 2013.

Dr Chan currently works part time in public practice as a Senior Medical Officer at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and part time in private practice at several hospitals throughout Brisbane.

Dr Chan is actively involved in the training of junior doctors teaching at airway workshops.

Outside of work, Dr Chan enjoys spending time her family and friends.
